James Madison University’s athletics department has released its promotional schedule for the 2026 men’s soccer season, confirming a slate of ten home contests at Sentara Park.
The season opens with matches against Rider on August 20 and Gardner‑Webb on August 24, kicking off a series of themed nights that blend entertainment with community outreach.
A Season of Community Engagement
Fans can look forward to a raffle for tickets to the football showdown against Liberty on August 24, while September 11 brings the Dukes Salute our Heroes night honoring local first responders.
International student groups will be celebrated on September 22 during the Dukes Around the World game against Liberty, and on September 18 the Purple Hat Trick Giveaway will take place alongside the UCF matchup.
Additional highlights include CommonWealth One Faculty and Staff Appreciation night on October 2, a Special Olympics partnership on October 6, Youth Night on October 10, and Greek Night on October 25, each offering unique activities and prizes for participants.
The athletics department will continue cashless operations for all home events, accepting mobile payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay at concessions and team stores.
