Summer Soccer Celebration Kicks Off at Union Yards
On May 30, Union Yards in Chester will transform into a hub of soccer enthusiasm as Michelob ULTRA hosts a UEFA Champions League watch party, kicking off a season‑long series of Soccer Celebrations that blend live broadcasting with a host of fan‑focused activities.
The evening will feature a Pop‑A‑Shot challenge where participants can compete for two tickets to an upcoming match in Philadelphia, adding a competitive edge to the festivities while celebrating the global appeal of the sport.
Beyond the live broadcast, the venue will showcase a rotating menu dubbed ‘Flavors of the Matchday,’ offering globally inspired dishes and beverages that reflect the teams on screen and give guests a culinary glimpse of the tournament.
A Fan Activation Zone for the Whole Summer
Throughout the summer, Union Yards and the adjacent Reaney Street will host live music, special guest appearances, interactive games and giveaways, creating a vibrant Fan Activation Zone powered by associate partners Visit PA, Visit Delco and Discover Lancaster.
Fans who register in advance can attend all events free of charge, and through a partnership with SeatGeek, the Philadelphia Union’s official ticketing platform, they can also claim complimentary tickets to select matches, ensuring that the excitement extends well beyond a single night.
