The New Hampshire Motor Speedway is gearing up for a multi‑faceted August weekend that pairs its traditional NASCAR Cup Series weekend with a slate of entertainment options.
A Weekend of Racing and Revelry
Fans will be treated to “The Magic Mile” Happy Hour Show, where veteran drivers and series personalities such as Steve Park, Dick Berggren, Ryan Blaney, Joey Logano and Austin Cindric will appear alongside the on‑track action.
On Saturday, August 22, the Cracker Barrel Stage will host Everybody Wants Some, a Van Halen tribute band, delivering a high‑energy performance for the crowd.
Fan Zone Fun
The Groove fan hangout offers bingo, karaoke, live performances and line dancing, while the NASCAR Kids Zone in the Fan Zone provides rides, games and driver appearances throughout the weekend.
Music and Tribute Acts
In addition to the Van Halen tribute, Tim Dugger, an Alabama native and longtime NASCAR enthusiast, will deliver a live performance on Friday, August 21, adding a local musical touch to the festivities.
Racing Action
The centerpiece of the schedule is the Dollar Tree 301 NCS race at 3 p.m. on Sunday, August 23, which will be preceded by the NCS Hauler Parade featuring roughly 40 colorful 18‑wheel rigs on Friday morning.
Trackside Live, hosted by Kenny Wallace and John Roberts, will showcase top NCS stars before the race, and the New England Racing Museum will remain open daily, showcasing historic race cars and interactive exhibits.
