A Holiday Twist on Summer Baseball
The Hudson Valley Renegades are set to welcome the Rome Emperors to Heritage Financial Park for a special baseball showdown that doubles as a holiday celebration. The game will be staged under a Christmas‑in‑July banner, turning the ballpark into a festive scene amid the summer heat.
The promotional package includes a toy‑drive collection to support local charities, a limited‑edition Ben Hess Truck bobblehead for the first 1,000 fans, and a live performance by a local band as part of the Michelob Ultra Concert Series. After the final out, children will be invited to run the bases, giving families a chance to experience the ballpark in a unique, holiday‑themed way.
The Renegades, a High‑A affiliate of the New York Yankees, will host 66 home games at Heritage Financial Park from April through September, each paired with its own promotional theme. The venue’s accessibility and proximity to major transportation routes make it easy for fans from nearby communities such as Fishkill and Beacon to attend.
