A Cross‑Generational Fusion
The Rolling Stones are set to unveil their 25th studio album, "Foreign Tongues," this Friday, and the excitement is amplified by an unexpected partnership with NASCAR.
Three rising stars of the racing circuit — Connor Zilisch, Carson Hocevar and Jesse Love — joined the legendary rock group in a music video that reimagines the drivers as members of a touring band.
The visual, filmed around a custom‑built NASCAR show car that doubled as a listening lounge, took place in Chicago and later in Joliet, Illinois, where the drivers swapped helmets for leather jackets and vintage accessories.
The collaboration extends beyond the screen, with a merchandise collection that bears the Stones’ iconic logo alongside NASCAR branding, and limited‑edition vinyl pressings of "Foreign Tongues" that feature racing‑themed artwork.
Megan Malayter, vice president of licensing and consumer products for NASCAR, said the alliance is designed to resonate with longtime racing enthusiasts while inviting younger fans into the sport, a strategy that reflects the band’s own appeal across generations.
Garrett Mitchell, known online as "Cleetus McFarland," also appears in the video, adding his own flair to a scene that blends high‑octane racing culture with rock‑and‑roll swagger.
