South Carolina Unveils Nike Uniforms, Ends Under Armour Deal

South Carolina has officially retired its 19‑year partnership with Under Armour, revealing a fresh set of Nike uniforms that will debut when the 2026 football season begins.

The agreement, set to run for a decade starting July 1, 2026, positions Nike as the program’s exclusive apparel partner, aligning the university’s athletic identity with the global powerhouse’s elite vision.

Athletics director Jeremiah Donati said the decision was driven by Nike’s ambition to align, amplify and elevate the Gamecocks brand, and he noted that the reaction from players, coaches and recruits has been overwhelmingly positive.

The new uniforms will be on display for the season opener on September 5 against Kent State at Williams‑Brice Stadium, marking the first chapter of the Nike era for the team.
