The Tennessee Titans unveiled a series of front‑office moves that signal a fresh direction as the franchise prepares for the 2026 NFL season.
Nick Hardesty, who spent seven years in various football operations roles with the University of Tennessee, was elevated to director of team operations, bringing a master's degree in recreation and sport management to the position.
Joining Hardesty on the staff, Shepley Heard was announced as the team's new area scout, adding depth to the scouting department.
The organization also promoted seventeen additional employees, ranging from performance dietitians and athletic trainers to scouts and communications managers, reinforcing the team's commitment to a comprehensive support structure.
Robert Saleh's inaugural season
The moves come ahead of the 2026 campaign, which will mark the first year under head coach Robert Saleh, the 22nd head coach in Titans franchise history, and the 22nd chapter in the team's storied run.
Team officials said the appointments reflect a blend of continuity and new energy, with longtime staff members such as Lauren Antle, Cam Baker, Mike Boni, Kaylee Connors, Kieran Gilbert, Nicole Kesten, Alex Kline, Geo Leins, Travis McDaniel, Kevin Perez, Lauren Silvio, Wes Slay, Clay Taylor, Kristen Van Iderstine, Bryce Wasserman and Patrick Woo continuing to contribute across performance, scouting and communications functions.
The front‑office reshuffle underscores the Titans' strategy to blend institutional knowledge with fresh perspectives as they aim to contend in the upcoming season.
