Titans Elevate Hardesty and Hire Heard Ahead of 2026 Season
The Tennessee Titans announced the promotion of Nick Hardesty to director of team operations and the hiring of Shepley Heard as an area scout, while 17 staff members received new roles ahead of the 2026 season, which will be the first under head coach Robert Saleh.
