Topgolf is rolling out a suite of soccer-themed activations across its U.S. locations as the FIFA World Cup 2026 approaches, turning its entertainment venues into hybrid sports bars and golf playgrounds.
Soccer-infused golf experiences
More than 100 venues will feature a new interactive golf game that mimics soccer penalties, alongside full-size goals placed in the outfield. Guests can swing, kick and compete in a hybrid challenge that blends the precision of golf with the excitement of the pitch.
Every match of the tournament will be shown on high-definition screens throughout the clubs, ensuring that fans can follow the action from any corner of the venue while still enjoying the usual Topgolf amenities.
Select sites will offer game-day packages and premium suite rentals, giving groups a dedicated space to watch the World Cup while accessing Topgolf's food and beverage service.
CEO David McKillips said the initiative is designed to broaden appeal, attracting both traditional golfers and the growing audience of soccer enthusiasts who are eager for a fresh, immersive experience.
From May 28 through July 19, a limited-time version of the Shot Shuffle game will be available, complemented by two seasonal menus that highlight World Cup flavors and summer ingredients.
The rollout underscores Topgolf's strategy to diversify its entertainment offerings and to position itself as a go-to destination for major sporting events, a move that aligns with FIFA's own global outreach during the tournament.
