The United States Under‑17 Women’s National Team is gearing up for the 2026 FIFA U‑17 Women’s World Cup in Morocco, and its final dress rehearsal is taking place in Fayetteville, Georgia.
Twenty‑four players have been called into a training camp at the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center, where they will fine‑tune their tactics ahead of the tournament.
Among the prospects are professional defender Meila Brewer and college standouts Amari Manning and Deus Stanislaus, who have already begun to make their mark on the scoresheet.
The camp’s schedule includes a series of friendlies against Mexico, Canada and Chile, with Chile also fielding a Southeast Region Select Squad drawn from Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina and Alabama.
Matches are slated for August 13, 16 and 18, featuring pairings such as USA versus Mexico and Chile versus Canada on the first day, followed by Canada versus Mexico and USA versus Chile on the second day.
After the final whistle on August 19, when the USA meets Canada, the coaching staff will trim the roster to 21 athletes who will represent the United States in Group E of the World Cup, alongside Samoa, Kenya and China PR.
