Five-Star Guard Cayden Daughtry Eyes Arkansas Official Visit

Recruiting spotlight as the Razorbacks chase the No. 10 prospect

Cayden Daughtry, a consensus five-star point guard from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is set to arrive in Fayetteville for an official visit from October 30 through November 1, 2025, marking a pivotal step in his recruitment journey.

A Recruiting Milestone for the Razorbacks

The visit follows Daughtry’s standout performance at Nike’s Peach Jam, where he posted averages of 32.3 points, 6.1 assists, 4.9 rebounds and 2.9 steals per game while shooting 58.6 percent from the field and 48.9 percent from three-point range.

Arkansas extended an official scholarship offer to the prospect shortly after that showcase, a move that underscores the program’s aggressive pursuit of the top-ranked guard.

Daughtry has already taken official trips to Florida State, Tennessee, Iowa, Connecticut, Florida and Miami, but the Razorbacks’ visit represents the first time he will experience the university’s campus in person.

Ranked No. 10 overall and No. 3 among point guards by ESPN, Daughtry’s decision could influence the composition of the 2026 class, a group that will be finalized during the NCAA’s early signing period from November 11 to 18, 2025.

Coach John Calipari, who has been guiding Arkansas’s recruiting efforts, is expected to meet with Daughtry during the visit, adding a personal dimension to the ongoing dialogue between the player and the program.
