A Milestone Weekend at Michigan
The NASCAR Cup Series will stage the FireKeepers Casino 400 this Sunday, June 7, at Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn, Michigan, marking the first series race at the 2‑mile oval since Kyle Busch’s 2011 victory.
The event will be delivered exclusively through Amazon’s Prime Video platform, beginning at 3 p.m. Eastern Time, ending the traditional broadcast model for this race.
Among the drivers entered are Denny Hamlin, who captured a win at MIS in 2025 and is now aiming to become the first back‑to‑back winner since Kevin Harvick’s 2019‑20 streak, and Tyler Reddick, the current series leader who took the checkered flag at the track in 2024 driving the No. 45 23XI Racing Toyota.
Kevin Harvick, who retired from full‑time competition after the 2023 season, remains tied with NASCAR Hall of Famer David Pearson for the most career victories at Michigan International Speedway.
The race will feature a competitive lineup that also includes Harvick’s former teammate and 2022 MIS winner, as well as a host of other contenders looking to add their names to the historic track’s record books.
